I had to re-read it because I was worried I was belittling them. But I suspect you were referring to their use of “scary” and “thorny”. Which clearly got under my skin.

And agreed on the red flag. I find I now check teams to see if there’s a Googler there just so I can be ready for dismissive behavior.
