There’s something uncomfortable about corporations turning employees’ personal stories & photographs into branding. The stories may be genuine but when a worker’s hardship or journey becomes part of the company’s image, it’s worth asking-> who benefits from the story & what gets left out?
Also curious if its only in India or other places where Amazon is marketing like this? #Amazon
