I do not think this is correct, because when restoring a wallet from a seed phrase, you set the restore height of the wallet, and it only synchronizes from that restore height up to the current height. And then, the next time you connect to a Monero node with your wallet, it only synchronizes the blocks that it does not have.

I think we may have our wires crossed somewhere. I am talking about the Monero Wallet RPC, which is used for things like Cake Wallet, Monfluo, etc. Not the full node.
