I am utterly dishearten. 🥺
Low effort booking process yields a lot of low effort commitment.
I have had no-shows this week for my free online session. Even though I asked clients to confirm 24 hrs prior and they did, there is no friction for them to still not show.
I know and I fully understand that if it is not meant to be then it is not.
However, it does not remove my feeling of being dishearten.
Why?
It's because I put my time and heart on it. It is a shame. 🥺
