They can have all of African continent, all of Asia, and all of Russia. They already have all of Europe. Give it to them.
The conditions are simple. They may not travel beyond their allotted land's borders. Any found outside their land's maybe killed on sight. Any white people found on the land's of the Non-whites maybe killed on sight.
