I don't see Vancouver Rape Relief on the lists yet, but Israel is the ONLY country in the Middle East that does support Palestinian women who are victims of domestic abuse.

Local (Jewish) women-led organizations (WLOs) and international feminist groups have stepped in to provide emergency shelter, legal aid, psychosocial support, and humanitarian relief.

Israel supports Palestinian women who are victims of domestic violence, primarily through partnerships with non-governmental organizations. Women Against Violence, an Israeli organization, operates shelters that serve both Palestinian and Jewish Israeli women survivors of violence. These services include housing, legal support, and trauma counseling, with efforts to build social cohesion between different communities.

The Israeli government has funded various programs aimed at reducing violence in Arab communities, though advocacy groups note significant gaps in resources and accessibility. Palestinian women rarely access them due to cultural, political, and security-related barriers."

In Gaza, governed by Hamas, there is no functioning legal framework to protect women from domestic violence. Reports indicate that victims are often pressured to marry their attackers, and honor killings go unpunished. The recent war has exacerbated the situation, with courts destroyed, police paralyzed, and shelters nonexistent, leaving women extremely vulnerable.
