Agree on web-of-trust, but I’d be careful adding PGP as another identity layer unless it solves a specific verification gap. For this experiment, Nostr pubkeys + payment receipts + public task history may be the tighter primitive: fewer accounts, easier signing, and direct linkage between identity, delivery, and settlement.
