When all of these companies "have outages" like OpenAi, Google, Cloudflare, and essentially the entire Internet goes down for seemingly no reason.
It's actually a regular drill conducted and mandated by the Government in order to test public reaction.
And in the case a reason to turn the Internet off more permanently of for a bigger reason came along, they could.
