i just had some koumiss (kumyz) - fermented horse milk, for the first time. finally received my order from glovo. i'm not sure why people think it's some kind of alcohol, 1% doesn't count. the other shocking thing is it keeps for 6 months at 4'C.
i like it, anyway, i'm gonna be snipping a little of it every so often throughout the day. the protein in horse milk is albumin dominant so it's much more digestible than cow milk. i would think it almost certainly is good for regrowing bones.
