simple example: let's say im looking for a welder and there's two guys that took interest in welding 6 months ago. guy 1 went to trade school. guy 2 got a fucking job welding. no brainer. guy 2 has practical skills and a better work ethic. guy 1 is cucked and has poor decision making skills because he just spent money wasting time
i've been in the tradeS(plural, your first mistake was picking just one) my whole life and i've seen many of these clowns come from trade school or college fags contending that they have to actually work. they never make it very far. didn't have the heart to begin with. they're worse than the low IQ drunk grunts that make up 90% of the construction industry
