One of the users you are following has incorrectly put inbox.nostr.wine as their outbox.

#amethyst will then try to fetch their content from inbox.nostr.wine which triggers the pop-up.

You cannot remove the relay from your relays because you never added it yourself.

You can add it to your blocked relays and hit save. This fixed it for me....
