⚡️🇺🇸 NEW - A 20-year-old who had just been sentenced in Columbiana County, Ohio, SNAPS the front handcuffs, throat-punches the deputy walking him out, body-slams the next one, and takes off down the stairs.

They tase him right before he reaches the door.

Both deputies ended up with broken bones.

He already had assault, menacing, and failure to comply charges.
