Ethereum is a totally different suite of use cases. Bitcoin is not meant to be a Swiss army knife. It has one singular purpose. Before talking about bolting such functionality onto Bitcoin, you should take a good hard look at Ethereum. All of that functionality has almost entirely been used for nothing other than gambling and scams. Ethereum's block time even was too slow to make a good world computer so somebody created Solana to be faster. What use do you think any of that would have on a network with ten minute block times? It's all feature bloat that detracts from Bitcoin's singular killer purpose.
