Tonight I walked into a pub I’d never been in before.
I got chatting to some friends, and before long we were talking about Primal, Nostr and Bitcoin.
Then something really cool happened…
The people sitting next to us — complete strangers — started getting involved in the conversation. 👀
They’d never heard of Primal before.
So I explained it.
Then they started asking questions.
And before long, we weren’t just talking about Bitcoin…
They were actually using it. 🤯⚡
People started sending Bitcoin to each other just for the fun of it.
Then we ended up having friendly bets on the pool table using Bitcoin! 🎱₿😂
Think about that for a second.
I walked into a pub I’d never been in before…
🍻 Met people I’d never spoken to before
📱 Introduced them to a new social platform
₿ Introduced them to Bitcoin
⚡ Got them sending sats to each other
🎱 And somehow ended up with Bitcoin being used for pool bets!
THAT is Bitcoin adoption.
Not a PowerPoint presentation.
Not a conference.
Not someone telling you that Bitcoin is the future.
Just normal people, in a normal pub, having a laugh and actually using Bitcoin. ❤️⚡
And honestly, watching people go from:
“What the hell is Primal?” 😂
to
“Hang on… send me some sats!” ⚡₿
was absolutely brilliant.
This is how it spreads.
One conversation.
One person.
One sat at a time.
