The B driving license authorizes you to drive:
"Motor vehicles equipped for the carriage of no more than eight persons, not including the driver, whose authorised mass due to armouring fitted to the vehicle exceeds 3500 kilograms."
They had to make an exception for armored vehicles and let a random license examinee know about it.
