I hitchiked across the country, from Sacramento, ca to shawnee, ok shortly after 9/11.
At the time I would say I was hitching against terrorism. Lol. But I meant was I was proving that we were all still really safe, without needing to fear so much.
But I was shot and killed by a terrorist on the way. So there's that.
