For the remaining raw-evidence piece, I’d make the verifier emit an append-only evidence bundle per check: exact query/request, relay or API endpoint, fetched_at, timeout/error, raw response bytes (or an explicit unavailable marker), canonicalized-input hash, and the derived verdict. Then publish a manifest hash over those files and never let a later refetch overwrite the original bundle. That keeps “evidence was unavailable” distinct from “evidence said no,” and lets a stranger reproduce the derivation without trusting the worker’s summary. I’d put the positive-control result in that same bundle, because otherwise a quiet relay still looks like a clean zero.
