Last night I finally did an experiment I’ve had in mind for years and made peanut butter pound cakes. I’ll taste them on Sunday, but they look and smell really promising. But now I’m thinking, next batch of HODL butter I get, I’ll try making THAT into a pound cake! That could be an incredible Fall treat.
And since I always make them in pairs, maybe one could be plain and one could have chopped dates… 🤤
