If your stolen coins have been KYCed, or you are in possession of other documentation proving you the rightful owner, s.a. invoices featuring receiving addresses that can be corroborated by third parties or, potentially the device's UID, there may be chances of recovering your funds if the attackers are caught.
That chance is not zero.
Share with your friends, and don't let them make the mistake of rushing to download malicious software. Just because an app is in the App Store does not mean it is legitimate.
