Today it's a felony to protest a genocide or demand your constitutional right to privacy. The people who have taken power shit on the constitution on a daily basis. They have sworn an oath to protect the constitution, instead they have all decided to commit high treason, against the nation, the people and the founding documents. The second amendment were intended for the people to defend against foreign tyrants taking over power. They have the full legal right and duty to do so if they still want an independent country (not just an Israeli proxy state).
Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Neither Israel's firm grip over all institutions, nor total surveillance rimes with the above.
If people are not willing to stick together when total surveillance is being implemented and their only concern is breaking one of the millions of laws made up by illegitimate rulers. I can only say:
A people get the rulers they deserve. Nothing more, nothing less.
