I have an appointment this afternoon with my primary care doctor to go over how my specialist appointment went two weeks ago and get me referred out to physical therapy for my condition as a long term thing! And I have to talk so him about my ER visit and stuff... Get a refill on my muscle relaxers. I usually have to take a muscle relaxer when my leg starts spasms up at night or just to help me relax enough to sleep when my whole body just aches. I have a really small safe dose and I don't want anything stronger
