I have only a small team, so it’s easier to meet everyone’s needs. As the boss, that’s particularly important to me, because every team member plays a vital role in ensuring we all feel comfortable. After all, we spend a significant part of our lives together. There’s a difference in the fact that we all work in the same space...I don’t just sit in an office all day, cut off from the actual "playground". It’s surely different where you work; the office staff might not even know all the employees personally or have a direct connection with individuals. I couldn't work like that. 🍀
