Those are all interesting things to explore. I'm in the country and have my own water, but I am dependent upon the local power co-op. I can get a generator (like generac), but then I am dependent on gas supplies. I have plenty of trees but no fireplace. I haven't figured out how to overcome those obstacles or if I need to. My thesis has been that they can't take the power down and still track us. You take the power down to kill us. That seems extreme, and since it creates instability, it endangers them.
