I think it's tragic how over-reliant we are on pharmecuedicals. Doctors will prescribe a dozen different things to help with "chemical imbalances" in the brain that often come with even worse side effects.

Something like the alpha-stim is very well documented to help with things like PTSD, depression, etc. by impacting brain waves instead. Zero side effects. I was lucky I got an Rx, but the device still isn't covered by insurance so I paid out of pocket.

Best thing I've ever done for myself. It's criminal that this isn't prescribed first instead of the drugs 😔
