Here’s a very happy story (well apart from the hit my savings are taking 😬)

I need a new fridge, mine is 11 years old and has very heavy usage. I’ve done a bit of research but it’s such a pain in the arse getting anything answered. I rang Appliances Online, waited in a queue for less than five minutes and then…..are you ready for this…..I spoke to a human. I didn’t select any menus, I didn’t have to continuously repeat my choice, I just went straight through to a helpful, knowledgeable l, friendly human! I asked if they would price match a competitor and she said “actually, another competitor has it even cheaper and that’s the price we’ll match”. Delivery and removal of old fridge arranged for Friday. Appliances Online for the win!
