I have been working so much, trying to pack for a move, coordinating contractors at the new place, closing and opening utilities, doing my own work at the new place, and helping out with our son before and after our familial help shows up and haven’t been able to work out in two weeks. I legitimately don’t understand how people go through life without working out. You are a shell of yourself if you aren’t out there getting some exercise.
