The problem is that most of the people here don't have that many sats, and I don't blame people for not wanting to invest fiat into it. There is a scaling issue where people are only making a couple of sats for chatting but yet just getting a whole steak just once is a month's worth of zaps for them. I am a musician on here myself, but I also don't think that Nostr is going to solve this issue... I think only the total collapse of the US Dollar (and the transferring of that capitol and infrastructure to BTC or others) is going to solve that issue.
For now I think $20 in sats over a couple of months is the same as a few hundred some day down the road and I don't know if I can expect much better than that. The position in the arts simply sucks right now.
