The main part of Catholicism that is growing is the Traditional Latin Mass people. It's well past time to form a separate TLM branch, and a tithe escrow mechanism so people who feel morally obligated to tithe have a place to send the money.
That money would be handed over to the real church post-restoration. The Catholics and the Orthodox were the most effective at standing up for Western Civilization when it was in trouble. We need that.
