The Amiga version is my canon. Giana Sisters was the first video game I ever got to play in my early childhood. My father had an Amiga 500 before I got my first Nintendo console.
There is of course a large variety of covers and remixes. [@lukhash](https://mastodon.social/@lukhash ) has a fun one: https://lukhash.bandcamp.com/track/the-great-giana-sisters-1987-chris-h-lsbeck
Machinae Supremacy also contributed heavily to the soundtrack of Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams in 2012. https://www.gog.com/en/game/giana_sisters_twisted_dreams
