If you want to build imo Poland with me is better place as for eg I understand that restaurating buildings does not need permissions same as construction. Also if you plan walls of glass in buildings (like I saw on plan on Free Madeira meeting), its very bad idea as glazing package loses all gas (yes, it has gas inside) after 10y.
