Within 10 years, all new mortgages and loans will have a Bitcoin component as additional collateral built into the loan.
Why?
If clients miss a loan payment, the lender can simply sell some sats to recover.
The real estate market will be MORE volatile than Bitcoin in a decade.
And the Bitcoin will eventually be worth more than the asset (house, land, vehicle, business, etc.)
It just makes sense.
