Yes, but at least for now, Reticulum is much more difficult to use and has very limited support for LoRa hardware. I can hand my mom a mesh core node and teach her how to use it quickly. You cannot do that with reticulum. At least, not yet. And that is even if you have the LoRa hardware to support it.
