Update: The vet is saying he will be ready to return home tomorrow afternoon if all goes well overnight. I will be going to pick him up tomorrow, but he will have a long road of recovery ahead and many follow up vet visits starting as early as Tuesday. I'll be happy to have him back, but nervous about his care. Hopefully I'm cut out to do everything he needs. 🫣

Update: He needed a plasma transfusion today. He is awake/alert, but he's in pain as to be expected. He isn't stoked about food so they're syringe feeding him for now. He did a short walk and 💩 hoping for better progress by tomorrow. Hang in there buddy! 😓💪💪💪
