Well it turned out to be around 12:40 when he got here… I did get the notification that he was on his way at 11:45 but he was almost an hour away… unfortunately and fortunately a contractor blew up the connections at the main line connection so now a specialist has to come try to fix it either tomorrow or next week, but since the problem was not identified on my property, I don’t have to pay anything and might be able to get a credit for being out of service for over a week 😊
