I store value wherever I want. But in general I prefer it to be private above all. And so do investors in Gold ($20T+ despite 2% inflation) and offshore banks ($40T+ despite 5% inflation p.a.)
Bitcoin outperformed Monero in the first two years where Monero got heavily fractionally reserved on Binance, the leading exchange. Congratulations to maxis that never asked themselves how it could have been that every shitcoin multiplied by x10 while Monero was kept down not even reaching a new ATH (the only one).
Then it got delisted, liquidity killed off, still it recovered handsomely and is now stronger than ever, with actual market demand aka price floor which ironically makes it a better store of value than TradFi BTC ETFs.

I am looking forward to Kraken's full delisting. We are not the same.
