I like my beef meat rare, not blue but rare, a little bit of pink in the middle and a lot of red juice from the meat on the top.

But when I eat my burgers I want them to be well medium almost well done. Why is that?

I just made a burger and it tasted so good, and then I realized that half of it was basically still raw.

So I went back into the kitchen to fry it some more

Is this a thing or is it only me? are ground beef supposed to be medium to well done?

Perhaps it is time for juicy burgers
