The noise of egos in family (and in the world)
That's exactly what most families don't understand. Unfortunately, I grew up in a household where arguing is the daily bread, and I see so many families like that. As long as everyone lives trapped in their ego, lacking empathy and awareness, clashes of egos will always be the norm, whether at home, at work, or anywhere else.
