I agree that there should be nostr clients which support passkeys.
At the same time, my experience has shown me that non-technical people are fine with usinf Vaultwarden and most of them started to really like it after they get a browser add-on.
Would they personally run a Vaultwarden server? Absolutely not. But if it's hosted for them, it seems to strike a good compromise.
