There’s a big difference between trying to be a jack-of-all-trades versus a simple structure that allows for extensibility.
NIP-101e keeps it simple while the tags make it flexible for however people actually train. Overcomplicated would be writing a new event kind for every variation within a broader category.
Tagging and extensibility is what makes Nostr great. It’s already working in POWR (npub1p0w…vpjk) and RUNSTR (npub1vyg…vy4e) (including running/cardio).
