i've got a crossposter for instagram, and a tool (a colection of bash and python scripts actually) for posting to nostr using links from any social network. check it out: https://github.com/girino/nostr-media-uploader
very tunned to my own use, so not very flexible nor easy to maintain, but you an use it with AI to tune it to your needs.
