“Monero is better than Bitcoin”

let’s never forget that Peter Schiff the Euro Pacific Asset management founder said this in 2026 on X.
Whilst on the surface of things, Peter has been heavily critical of Bitcoin in all or most of his comments, it seems a bit absurd as to what reason Peter will find Monero any interesting. If I was to read between the line, I would argue that Monero’s fungibility and privacy by default nature enhances its potential for private transactions by corporate and financial institutions.
I could also argue that Bitcoin public ledger nature and its potential for acceptance for most corporate and financial institutions is a No go area (bad for business, especially in Peter’s case).
We have seen it already, when Monero is offered alongside Bitcoin in any market, the choice of crypto by market participants is Monero.
