I had some red lentils I accidentally overcooked and thought “guess I can turn it into soup or something.”

Butter-sautéed garlic, juice of half a large lemon, and a little bit of food-processed cilantro, green onion, and spinach later, along with homemade chicken broth… restaurant quality yum.
