yeah, i am not gonna say i recommend venice but it's interesting country, i just couldn't get past the smell of stagnant water in the channels and canals everywhere in the farmland and urban areas. i've not actually been to adriatic coastal croatia, which pretty much dominates the coastline. split is really nice apparently. as i have probably told you before, in my humble opinion, the real food sensation you will find in serbia, but bosnia and croatia are not bad. bosnian cheeses are amazing.
