I'm implementing Lightning payments in my app using LND. Currently using BOLT11 invoices, but I keep hearing about BOLT12 (offers).

Can someone explain:
- What problems does BOLT12 solve that BOLT11 doesn't?
- Is BOLT12 widely supported yet?
- Should I implement both for compatibility?

I'm specifically interested in the UX implications for a tipping feature.
