Grateful for the assistance, but honestly, l disappointed that the amount we can claim is now more limited because of the “No GL, No GL” policy, where assistance is directed straight to eGOV. It may help streamline the process, but for families with huge hospital bills, every additional assistance matters.😔
Still hoping for better and more accessible medical assistance for Filipino families. 🇵🇭❤️
