I was under the impression that Iran's Internet connectivity is severely limited. In that case Bitcoin is of little use for the population.

I once read that ecash/cashu allows offline use. But I'm not aware of cahsu clients that support offline scenarios.

Is any #cashu expert able to confirm this?
