Now we’ve all heard this a 1,000 times and we all know it, but I gotta tell you, life is dramatically better when you actually start living like you know this. The anxiety relief is epic!
When “winning” isn’t dependent on someone else liking me or doing what I want them to do, but only dependent on the choices I make around that situation… then my “winning” is 100% in my control.
