Please test if you have the option. First run might be a bit slower, warm start should work in seconds. This is basically the open source X algo adapted to Nostr (zaps>everything) with some interesting stuff from people you follow and some stuff from people not in your feed. Fully optional. I don't know either mate. Just learning myself and optimizing as we go. For now you should get a new feed every 10 minutes or so, not every refresh. I'm not Elon.
