All in all, it was good. I made a mistake when grilling that had nothing to do with the rabbit, but it was still good.
Next one I think I'm going to sous vide it first so that I can grill/fry it less.
Based on the results of that I'll decide if that's the way to go or if I'll butcher them into cuts and vary the cooking method by cut in the future.
Dogs liked the ears and feet.
