My son and I have already discussed having our house roof repaired. Since our budget is limited, I will have to sell some of my jewelry. I could probably get around ₱200,000 if I sell the two necklaces and the pendant.
I talked to my sibling to see if they know a legitimate gold buyer, and my sibling also spoke with the person who will do the roofing work. They said that our relative, who did the roofing work on my sibling’s house, will come here on Wednesday to inspect the house and estimate how much the project will cost.
This is my plan for our roof: we’ll replace the bamboo supports with steel framing and use long-span metal roofing. It'll look nice and sturdy. 🥰❤
